Anna Cooksey

This is the absolute best nail salon. I have never been disappointed walking out of this place. Emily and Reggie do an incredible job running their business and I am constantly amazed at how much they care about their clients. Emily has successfully pushed me out of my nail comfort zone and I’ve never received more compliments than I have recently on my nails. I will recommend this place to everyone that will listen!

I have been coming here for a few years and have been pretty happy until recently. I keep getting stuck with a technician who cuts me and I always have to come home and even out my own nails because they are always crooked and never the same length. I have kept coming back hoping they will hire better staff like they used to have and I have asked to be scheduled with anyone but her however I keep getting her. I have been getting my nails done for the last 17 years of my life and have even been to school to do them myself. This last week I had two nails come off and noticed fungus had been growing and decided to call since I have an up coming fill scheduled. I spoke with both Reggie and Emily. I was concerned because I have never had this happen before and not once did either of them offer an I’m so sorry that happened or an I can see how you would have been concerned. Emily explained that at some point moisture got under my nails and that is how it happened and advised me that I need to be using cuticle oil every day. Basically saying it’s my fault. Well it can also be dirty tools used and not once did she offer to just make sure that the technician is cleaning her tools and space. Totally made me feel like she didn’t care about her customers concerns at all just wanted to make sure that nothing gets blamed on her people. I don’t think I will be going back based on how I was treated on the phone. I wasn’t asking for a hand out or anything like that. I was just really alarmed having never had this happen before and then not having any concern come from the director. I work in customer service myself and would never make a customer feel that way! I would have started with an empathy statement right from the beginning

I had the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. 3 of my toes are swollen today and I couldn’t sleep in the night because my toes hurt so bad. She trimmed way too much around my nails and when I soaked them to calm the pain they started bleeding. I even said ouch a few times during the pedicure. Normally I would call and talk to the front desk but the front desk staff was less than friendly.

Pedicure nail tech made both of my big toes bleed and scab! I loved the polish job but you couldn’t appreciate it due to the blood! Then the nails I got more recently were cured correctly or something because this happened THE DAY I got them done.. prices are too high for the poor quality I’ve received. I’ve gone several times and there’s always something very wrong

Best pedicure experience ever. Alice was the tech that cared for me and she was fabulous. I will come back to her. I loved the quality of my pedicure as well. Seriously this salon is so well maintained and clean. The pedicure itself offered special aromatherapies to choose from at the beginning and I felt so pampered. Was given bottled water at beginning. Hot stone leg massage at end. Just total 5 star experience! Highly recommend.
