Friday, January 12th

Combine Academy (NC) Vs Canyon Academy (AZ) 6:30 P.M.

Akron STVM Vs Faith Family Academy (TX) 8:15 P.M.

Combine Academy makes its return after an impressive 2-0 showing at Flyin’ To The Hoop last year. They’ll play Canyon Academy, a new participant. Akron STVM had a marquee victory over TSF (GA) last season and play another out of state powerhouse in the opening night.

Saturday, January 13th

Dayton Dunbar Vs Walnut Ridge 11:30 A.M.

Wayne Trace Vs Miami East 1:15 P.M.

Western Reserve Academy Vs Canyon Academy (AZ) 3:00 P.M.

Lutheran East Vs Isidore Newman (LA) 4:45 P.M.

Garfield Heights Vs Faith Family Academy (TX) 6:30 P.M.

Kettering Alter Vs Westminster Academy (FL) 8:15 P.M.

Saturday starts off with a battle between Dayton city powerhouse Dunbar and Columbus City powerhouse Walnut Ridge. Then Division III state title contenders Miami East and Wayne Trace battle it out. Western Reserve Academy comes back to Flyin’ To The Hoop after an impressive showing last year defeating So Cal Academy (CA). They’ll take on Canyon Academy (AZ) this year. Lutheran East returns once again and after taking a tough loss to Combine Academy (NC) last year, they’ll get another out of state challenge when Isidore Newman (LA) makes the trip north. Garfield Heights beat local powerhouse Huber Heights Wayne last year and get an added challenge with Faith Family Academy (TX) this year, Faith Family will see some of the best NEO has to offer on back-to-back days. Kettering Alter loaded up with talent and get a big opportunity against Westminster Academy (FL) to secure a marquee victory.

Sunday, January 14th

Middletown Vs Newport (KY) 11:30 A.M.

Cincinnati Woodward Vs Beavercreek 1:15 P.M.

Lutheran West Vs Huber Heights Wayne 3:00 P.M.

Lima Sr Vs Pickerington Central 4:45 P.M.

Saint Ignatius Vs Oak Ridge (FL) 6:30 P.M.

Centerville Vs Isidore Newman (LA) 8:15 P.M.

The third day starts off with Middletown taking on Kentucky powerhouse Newport, who will make the roughly one hour trip across the Ohio River into Dayton. Next is a local Cincinnati Vs Dayton battle as Cincinnati City League powerhouse Woodward takes on GWOC upstart Beavercreek. Huber Heights Wayne is a team you see almost every year at Flyin’ To The Hoop, they again draw a Cleveland powerhouse as this year they take on Lutheran West. NW Ohio usually has a few teams and Lima Sr will look to have as much success as they had last season after a blowout victory. This year the Spartans take on Pickerington Central, who lost a heartbreaker to Indy Cathedral (IN) last year at Trent Arena. Saint Ignatius, one of the top teams in the state takes on Oak Ridge (FL), the second Florida team traveling to Dayton this year. The nightcap is once again Centerville, last year they ended Sunday night with a second straight win over So Cal Academy (CA), this year they’ll square off with Isidore Newman (LA).

Monday, January 15th

Preble Shawnee Vs Lloyd Memorial (KY) 11:30 A.M.

Pickerington North Vs Cincinnati St Xavier 1:15 P.M.

Richmond Heights Vs Westminster Academy (FL) 3:00 P.M.

Reynoldsburg Vs Oak Ridge (FL) 4:45 P.M.

Cincinnati Sycamore @ Kettering Fairmont 6:30 P.M.

The final day begins with another Northern Kentucky Vs Southwest Ohio battle as Lloyd Memorial takes the trip north to play a Preble Shawnee team who returns after a tight loss to Dayton Oakwood last year at Flyin’ To The Hoop. Pickerington North takes on Cincinnati St Xavier in a clash of styles, North was at the event last year as they fell to Dayton Dunbar while Cincinnati St Xavier returns after a year off. Then the two Florida teams traveling north play back-to-back as arguably the top team in Ohio Richmond Heights will be challenged by Westminster Academy (FL) and Reynoldsburg gets the challenge of Oak Ridge (FL). Finally, the event wraps up with host Kettering Fairmont taking on Cincinnati Sycamore. Last year, Fairmont ended the event with a victory over a different GMC squad, Lakota West.
