  We love Fancy Pets inLake Mary! Our pup needed asummer shave and boy did they deliver! He’s feeling sofresh and cool this hot summer! Wealso used them atthe end May for overnight boarding for 3nights. This was the first time weever left our pup that wasn’t with family orsomeone heknew. Wewere sonervous!! Each day Ichecked the Facebook posts for mycutie and there hewas out and about. When wepicked him uphe was grateful that wewere back. Helooked well taken careof.   I just adopted asmall dog inMarch— and she was filthy the day Iadoptedher. Icalled all the local groomers and nobody could take her thatday. Fancy Pets made room for usto bring her inwithin the hour. They did such awonderful job groomingher! They even put abow inher hair! The building iscutely decorated and clean. The staff iskind and caring. Myparents board their dogs atFancy Pets when they travel. They post pictures oftheir pets ontheir Facebook page and they take such adorable photos ofthem. You can tell the staff really cares. Iwill absolutely use them again togroom mynewdog!… – show

  Our shihpoo has been going for grooming for the last few months toFancy Pets.... welove the results… they always cut her exactly how weask themto.. the people are very kind and gentle with the animals… next week she will try daycare for aday… weare looking forward toa long relationship with fancy pets!!! Irecommend them highly!!!

  Took mykitten here for bath and brush which was her first time toany pet grooming salon. She smelled amazing and looked very clean. They are pretty nice and accommodating people.

  Good overall experience, wehave used Fancy pets for grooming aswell asfor boarding ofour three dogs. Wehave always been treated fairly and the grooming has always been pretty good. Noissues and will continue touse them.

  If Icould give more than 5stars Iabsolutely would! The owners are amazing and give mydog the best care during his grooming sessions. Ihave alarge Labrador (RalphE. Boy) that can bevery excitable and become alittle hard tomanage and calm down. Heloves going for his monthly groom where hecan play with other dogs, relax and get clean. The quality ofthe grooming services and care are amazing, but what truly stands out isthe love all the groomers show tothe animals. Dogs are amazing judges ofcharacter and itspeaks volumes that mydog loves going, heis soexcited when Itell him we’re going toFancy pets the whole car shakes onthe way over! Ilove supporting local small businesses and veteran opened companies fancy pets wins meover asa customer for life. Iwouldn’t trust anyone else tocare for mybest buddy.… – show

  I have aLakeland terrier which nobody has ever done correctly untilnow. Ask for Caroline. She isexceptionally precise inher grooming skill. Iwill follow her forever. Best groomer ever!!

  I took myCesar inafter being scammed byPetSmart groomers. When Isay scammed Imean out ofmy money & mydogs grooming always looked horrible. Never what Iwanted and paying over $75.00each time. Fancy pets ask mewhat Iwanted mydog tolook like and they delivered. Plus the place isso cute. Itlooks like achild daycare but for dogs. Ilove their setup. Mydog was socute Ididn’t recognize him atfirst. Ilove their service. They seem tobe really nice and decent people also.

    Monique, not sure were your going with this. Atour shop wehold everyone tohigh standards, time management isan essence, quality bathing and drying has tobe done with perfection. Ifany employee can not make the cut they don’t make the team. Sad but reality wehave tofire orlet gothose that can’t perform atour expectations. Inno way can weallow substandard work inour shop.   This was my3rd time taking mydog toFancy Pets and sadly,they just lost acustomer. They take forever, and when they finally called meto come get mydog, hewas not properly groomed aswe had discussed(keep inmind Ihad explicitly requested that they cut itaccording tothe instructions provided from our last visit). Mypoor dogs face was not cut ortrimmed properly and Ihad toask that they clean him upbefore taking him home(keep inmind mydog isonly 12pounds sothere isnot much theyhave tocut). Once Igot him home,I noticed that hedid not smell clean atall and that they had placed abandana over his neck line. The bandana was adorable; however, the bandana concealed ahorrible fade line which made mydogs neck look like hehad been given bangs(that’s how stark the contrast was from the body tobe head).The followingday, Icalled toexpress myconcerns and was met with rude and defensive behavior when they could have simply asked that Ibring mydog back inso they could take care ofit and make itright. Iam not one tocomplain about anything(especially online),but for the prices, the waiting, and the lack ofcustomer service when Iam paying asmuch asIam, Iwas left with nochoice. Iwanted towarn others sothey donot have tosuffer the same frustration and treatment that Idid. This isnot how you run abusiness ortreat your customers and that says more about the ownership than anything else. Sonever again, will Itake mydog across the street totheir competitor and Iwill tell everyone Iknow not togo there aswell.… – show

Weaccommodated, your mother atlast minute ona Saturday. Your mother was insisting a$5discount. and she was awaiting “Coupons InThe Mail”? Wehonored her requestbut, Told her and you this isan exception. Wecharged $50and that all other grooms will be$55. Bottom line Youare being benedictive. WeAre asmall business, wehave topay our bills. Possible someplace else may charge $50for afull groom.Your Dog was never here for anextended time, and weonly had totrim upshorter onthe muzzle area which only took 2minutes. You never seemed upset, only happy when you left. wewould beglad togive you back your tip ifyou stopin.… – show

  They always leave Rocco sohandsome. They are sonice tothe pups than when weget there Rocco automatically goes with them and when hesees his groomer hegets crazy happy. That’s anamazing sign. Perfect haircut every time, smells awesome for almost one week and noitching also. The owner always try tobe asresponsive and communicative aspossible which Iappreciate. They also have aboarding that looks like akids hotel. Itotally recommend this grooming and boarding place.

  I just moved tothe area from Atlanta and was looking for anew groomer for mytwo Maltese. (Hence the empty apartment inthe photo while Iwaited onthe movers tobring myfurniture!) Fancy Pets was closeby, soI figured I'd give them ashot.

  I can't say enough good things about these guys! They did afantastic job onmy dogs' grooms. They even put bows inmy little girl's hair! <3

  They mentioned tome that the dogs would benefit from ateeth cleaning. Iknew they were due for one and was pl

  anning totake them tothe vet for that service, but itwas going tobe soexpensive since the vets put them under for the procedure. Fancy Pets charges about half ofwhat myvet would have!

  I brought them back afew days later for the teeth cleaning, and when Ipicked them upI was ECSTATIC tosee how completely clean they got mydogs' teeth. Not tomention that they saved memoney! Their teeth look great, and their breath isa lot freshertoo.;)

  Out ofall ofthe groomers Ihave taken mydogs toover the years, Fancy Pets ishands-down the best. Everyone there isreally friendlytoo.:)
